Mike Ipri has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters degree in Jazz Studies from the University of the Arts. Mike had a successful 31 year teaching career in the Tabernacle School District. He taught band, jazz band, percussion ensemble, hand chimes and general music classes. He has been teaching private drum lessons since 1980 on snare drum, drumset, timpani and mallet percussion instruments.

Mike also is active as a freelance performer in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. He has experience in classical, jazz, latin and popular styles. Mike has performed in Atlantic City and Las Vegas casinos and showrooms, Norwegian Caribbean Cruise Lines and various venues from Florida to Maine and New Jersey to Las Vegas.

Drum lessons with Mike are available on Monday and Wednesday.
